T.O. Lacrosse in the News

Great article about our very own Conner Reilly! in the Ventura County Star
Thousand Oaks High's Connor Reilly was a dedicated AYSO and club soccer player before he found his dad's old lacrosse stick in the garage.
Reilly, 18, was a seventh-grader at Redwood Middle School when he wanted to give lacrosse a chance.
The 5-foot-10, 148-pound senior started playing soccer when he was 4 and played every position but goalie.
He was the team captain and MVP on the JV soccer team his sophomore year.
"It was a time-management decision," Reilly said of giving up soccer to pursue lacrosse.
Last season's team was 6-8 in the Coast League and 9-9 overall, defeating Culver City 9-6 in the first round of the playoffs and losing to Thacher 16-5 in the second round.
Reilly plays midfield and attack for the Lancers, who will host Newbury Park at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
